I’ve struggled with self-acceptance.
I’ve felt completely out of touch with my body.

Symptoms are blessings. They are signals from your body and mind that direct you to specific areas of your health that need help.
I adopted this philosophy during my healing journey, using an integrative approach to uncover how symptoms I was experiencing were really opportunities leading me to a deeper understanding of myself. I took a comprehensive stance on exploring why my health was not where it should have been. Looking at a range of conflicts from digestive issues to anxiety and motivation I learned how to create a sustainable foundation of health. I advocate for your wellness upkeep to avoid the costs that illness demands.
Many of my family members have battled heavy emotions that ultimately challenged their health in some way. This same struggle manifested in my life as I worked through profoundly intense emotional seasons that tested my physical health and emotional well-being.
These experiences steered me to combine my passion for helping others understand themselves with my enthusiasm for healthy living to recognize the many ways we all can guide ourselves to a happier, healthier life.
I designed this program because I once needed it desperately and I still return to it in certain demanding seasons - I hope you will too.
